Betsy Reznikoff
Merchant Experience Team Lead
Betsy joined Wind River in 2013 and has been an essential part of the team ever since. She brings over 25 years of customer service experience to her role at Wind River. After eight years of dedication in her role as Relationship Manager, Betsy was promoted to Client Care Team Lead in September 2022. As the Client Care Team Lead, Betsy will continue to build long-lasting relationships with her clients while helping with day-to-day activities within her department and assisting in the development of Wind River Account Managers.
She believes that “the quality of care and support Wind River gives their customers and employees is what keeps them thriving and growing.”
As leader of the Wind River FUN Committee, Betsy is always finding ways to get employees engaged with each other and with the local community.
Betsy is a homegrown Madisonian and an alum of UW-Madison. When she’s not taking exceptional care of Wind River’s clients, you can find her spending time with her husband Joe and their two dogs, Ace and Shadow. She also enjoys camping, hiking and attending concerts.
