Mitch Weiland

Mitch joined the Wind River team in March 2022, bringing over six years of professional accounting experience to his role as Accounting Manager. Prior to Wind River, Mitch worked as an Auditor for a few years before transitioning to the private sector working as an Assistant Controller for a local dentistry group. These roles gave him broad accounting and financial experience with responsibilities such as payroll, bank reconciliation, preparing business financials and more.

As the Accounting Manager for Wind River, Mitch is responsible for a variety of the day-to-day financial activities for Wind River. He plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and works closely with the CFO on ongoing initiatives.

In his free time, Mitch enjoys spending time out on his boat with family and friends on the lakes in Madison. He also keeps himself busy by training for marathons and playing in a local hockey league.
