Mary Fiut

Mary has been in the credit card and merchant services industry for 38 years. Before her time at Wind River, Mary was a Senior Account Manager for Sphere/TrustCommerce for 11 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Client Operations Manager at TSYS and TSYS Acquiring Services for 25 years.

Since August 2020, Mary has been an integral part of the Wind River team as a Relationship Manager. She believes in being her clients’ advocate and providing them with the highest level of customer service. She enjoys helping clients resolve any issues as well as helping them with their strategic initiatives. She does this by providing them with solutions that allow them to streamline their processes and/or grow their business. She sees this as essential for their continued success as well as Wind River’s.

Mary enjoys being a part of the Wind River team because of its culture, industry reputation, and the executive leadership team. She loves being a part of the Merchant Experience Team, specifically because the department’s initiatives match her own core beliefs in customer service and relationship management.

In her spare time, Mary loves to read and enjoys boating and jet skiing on Lake Sinclair in Georgia. Her children are grown, but when they visit, she loves spending time with her five grandchildren. While she and her husband have three chihuahuas who demand their attention, they also enjoy reflecting on their days as “empty nesters” with a good glass of wine on the deck.
